My approach
I believe that real, lasting change begins with one thing - a relationship built on trust, safety and genuine human connection. As an integrative counsellor and therapeutic coach, I bring my whole self into the room: warmth, honesty, and where it fits, a little humour too.
My work is rooted in understanding how your past shapes your present but I'm just as focused on where you're going. I work in a solution-focused way, helping you make sense of what's beneath the surface while building practical, forward-looking strategies for change that actually sticks.
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches including person-centred therapy, CBT, psychodynamic theory, transactional analysis and mindfulness so that our work is always tailored to you, not the other way around.

Couples/family: £90 (75 min session)

Frequency of sessions can be discussed on the consultation call. Most of our current clients attend fortnightly, however we can work weekly and longer term clients often go to monthly frequency. We are flexible to clients needs and changes in schedule.
