Individuals

We offer a range of therapeutic support including individual counselling, couples counselling, family support and therapeutic coaching. Our approach is integrative, meaning we draw on a variety of therapeutic models to find what works best for you.

Individuals: £60 (60 min session)
Couples/family: £90 (75 min session)

We are based in South Liverpool with a therapy room in Woolton Village. We also offer sessions via Zoom and by phone - whichever works best for you.

Simply use our online booking system to choose a date and time that suits you, or get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or email and we'll help you find the right slot. We also offer a free initial consultation so you can meet us before committing to sessions.

Yes. Everything discussed in sessions is treated with complete confidentiality in line with BACP ethical guidelines. There are a small number of legal exceptions to this which your counsellor will explain at the start of your first session.

We run a range of CPD courses and workshops throughout the year covering topics including Coaching Skills, Couples Counselling, Supervision Skills, Somatic Skills, Attachment Theory and SFBT. Check our upcoming dates listing for the latest schedule.

Clinical supervision is a regular, structured process in which a counsellor reflects on their practice with an experienced supervisor. It is an ethical requirement for practising counsellors and is essential for maintaining safe, effective and professional practice. We offer both individual and group supervision for qualified counsellors and trainees.

Yes. Our training programmes are certified by IPHM, NCIP and CPD giving you nationally recognised, credible qualifications to add to your professional portfolio.

Yes. Our Level 2 Counselling Skills course can be delivered directly into your organisation on a bespoke basis tailored to your team, your schedule and your goals. We also deliver a range of bespoke workshops and staff development programmes.

Our wellbeing consultancy supports organisations in developing meaningful staff support strategies. This can include guidance on staff wellbeing, bespoke workshop design, personal development groups, non-managerial supervision and ongoing consultancy support, all tailored to your specific needs.

Yes. All training delivered by Empowering Wellbeing is certified by IPHM, NCIP and CPD, ensuring your staff or students receive a nationally recognised, credible qualification.
