Join us for this Certificate in Clinical Supervision, this is a CPD course which will enable you to begin taking on Supervisees.

This course is for experienced professionals who wish to gain further understanding in the world of Supervision.

The course will provide basic skills in Supervision, with an understanding of what Supervision is, and the teaching of two specific models in supervision, for example, the Seven Eyed Model of Supervision and the IDM Developmental Model of Supervision. we explore the relational element of Supervision and are keen on passionate Supervision. We also cover practical aspects of setting up ready to take on supervisees and contracting.

Participants will need to have completed a first training in Psychotherapy or Counselling, or Counselling up to level 4, as well as the completion of 450 clinical hours – this might of course include the 100 hours gained in your placement. The lead tutor has 15 years in practice of Counselling and Supervision.

The course provides a Certificate in Supervision. The course involves a reflective piece of written work and skills in practice reviewed by the lead tutor.

The course will be delivered on zoom and includes experiential practice.

Join us for this 1 day CPD Workshop in Solution Focused Therapy. This course is for Level 4 and above practicing counsellors.

This workshop will equip you with a sound understanding of the approach with practical examples of the approach in practice with practitioners who are utilising it with their clients. This approach is proven and effective.

The workshop will involve practical activities to integrate the learning into practice.

These skills can be used as part of your existing skill set with all clients or specifically with certain clients for particular issues.

Often SFT is a requirement for EAP work as it can be used for short term therapy, this workshop will equip you with these skills.

This workshop is held face to face at Chester’s Centre for Wellbeing, L18 5EJ.
